AbeqLock ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. All information is stored locally on your device and never leaves your phone.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your passwords, PIN, or encryption keys
• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your device information or location
• Your usage patterns or analytics

2. Data Storage

All data – including your passwords, notes, media files, and encryption keys – are stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). No data is ever uploaded to any remote server.

3. How We Use Your Data

Since no data is collected, we have no need to use it. The app runs entirely offline and does not transmit any information.

4. Third-Party Services

AbeqLock uses the following third-party services, which may collect anonymised data:

• Google AdMob – serves advertisements to free users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and anonymised usage data. You can learn more about Google’s privacy practices at Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Play / App Store – processes in-app purchases. The stores handle payment and purchase records. We do not receive your payment details.

5. Advertising

If you use the free version of AbeqLock, you may see banner or interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. These ads are personalised based on your device advertising ID. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

6. In-App Purchases

When you purchase AbeqLock Premium, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see or store your payment information.

7. Children’s Privacy

AbeqLock is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
